The BM-660H and BM-760H are was designed for large mold’s or in machine shop for heavy work-pieces machining, the machines can operate the milling in manual, teach or full CNC modes, Heavily ribbed Meehanite casting construction with stress released for excellent stability, Hardened and Ground guide ways with fully gibbed and coated with low friction Turcit-B then with precision hand scraped for perfect alignment and smooth traverse, the large diameter Ø 40 mm of precision ground ball-screw with double nuts and mounted on both of end for all three axes, the AC brush-less axes servo motors & drives to provide accurate traverse and maintenance-free, Powerful 15 HP (25 HP Option) YASKAWA Vector spindle Drives for high torque at low speed and which with closed loop feedback for high performance cutting, The BT#40 Cartridge spindle is consisting 6 of super-precision angular contact bearings providing run up to 6,000 rpm (8,000 rpm option) for greater stability and high machining accuracy, Air pull stud powerful tool clamping and spindle air blast system to cleaning of spindle taper.
The Random/bi-directional 20 tools Carousel-type ATC’s (Opt.), Available in the two sizes of X-Y-Z axes travel, The BM-660H: X-Y-Z Travels: 1650 mm x 750 mm x 650 mm and BM-760H: X-Y-Z Travels: 2000 mm x 850 mm x 700 mm, deliver a large work envelope and 1200 KGS Table load capacity.
