The Bed, column, saddle, table and spindle head are constructed by high quality Meehanite castings and each of their parts employed with ample ribs and stress relieved. All slideways are hardened and ground, designed extra wide box guideways for extreme sturdiness, the contacting surface coated with Turcite-B and hand-scraped to reduce stickslip effect and assist in vibration free machining. The large diameter precision ground Ball screw with preloaded double Nuts, and supported by pretensioned Angular contact bearing which are located at the center of the slideways and compled directly to the AC servo motor. result in increased response and high rigidity for greater accuracy

 Automatic Tool changer (ATC)
The armless, Tool magazine can be stored 20 tools, and selected bi-directional in random for useing. 24 tools Arm-type option is available. A Spindle air blast system removes debris and assures clean spindle taper and maximizes tool setting accuracy.
